Terms of Service
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These terms govern your use of Ninja Self-Coach at self.coaches.ninja ("Ninja"), operated by Y-Intelligence Agency Inc., Toronto, Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). By using Ninja you agree to them. Ninja is offered in the United States and Canada to people 18 and older.
What Ninja is, and is not
Ninja is an AI self-coaching tool that helps you set goals and take small, regular steps. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace a qualified professional. AI replies can be wrong or incomplete, so use your own judgment. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services right away: call or text 988 in the United States or Canada.
Your account
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. Keep your email account secure; you are responsible for activity on your Ninja account. Do not misuse the service, try to get around its limits, or use it for anything unlawful or harmful.
Your content
You own what you write. You give us permission to store and process it, including through third-party AI model providers, only to run Ninja for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Free plan and Ninja Plus
The free plan has usage limits. Ninja Plus is a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually in USD or CAD through Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel. Prices shown at checkout include any discount you are eligible for. Taxes may apply where required.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from Me → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Ninja Plus until then. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us.
Changes and availability
We may change features, limits or prices. We will tell you about price changes in advance, and they will apply from your next renewal. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. The service is provided "as is", and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, unless the consumer laws of your province or state say otherwise.
